The Government Legal Advisory Department at Liuhe provides comprehensive legal services to various levels of government, public institutions, charitable organisations, and social groups. Our team consists of senior lawyers with deep expertise in constitutional, administrative, and civil law, supported by a dynamic group of younger professionals. In response to ongoing governance reforms and the need for modernising governance capabilities, Liuhe established the Legality Review and Evaluation Research Center in May 2021.
